This website and name is owned and controlled by The DeFrancesco Law Firm PLLC, a registered professional limited liability corporation in North Carolina, operating as DeFrancescoLaw and owner of CAROLINA CLOSERS. 

The terms client refer to prospective and current clients in general. Representation and conflicts are cleared before communications. User agrees to have consulted pubic records of potential adversarys and others with regard to representation not being with DeFrancescoLaw before seeking representation or initiating communications.  A purpose of this website is to provide information related to Intellectual property and resources available to consumers through the United States Patent and Trademark Office and information therefrom. 

DeFrancescoLaw has one, member, managing member Jason DeFrancesco, and the firm employs other lawyers, law firms, US and non-US vendors and agents with client authority and under direct supervision of member.
